I have just returned back home to Thailand April 28th after a week of revival meetings in Holmes county Ohio. It is always a great blessing to be among a people who open their hearts to let God plow upon them and then respond to Gods call upon their lives. Blessed be God! A very special thank you to the Faith Haven Mennonite congregation for the great blessing you all were to me. A very special thank you to all of you who prayed for me as well as our family over this time. We clearly sensed your faithful prayers.
This Friday May 6th, I am off to Nepal for another MTM leadership conference. This conference will be conducted in the remote regions of the foot hills of the Himalayas. There will be a long days walk to get to the remote village where the conference will be conducted. The pastors and church leaders will than be coming from the remote of the remote regions beyond that for the MTM conference. These are church leaders that rarely have the opportunity to attend a leadership conference such as this. The conference will be conducted from May 9-13 and our native coordinator is projecting 115 church leaders will attending.
Immediately following this conference we walk/travel back to Kathmandu, Nepal and depart May 15th for north India. As I travel through New Delhi my dear wife will join me as we travel together onto north India where we will be conducting a second conference. Thus the term a double header. Two MTM conferences in one trip. This is a first for MTM. This conference is in the India state of Jammu & Kashmir which is also in the regions of the Himalayas. This conference is being coordinated by a new coordinator in a new region for MTM. Our native coordinator is projecting up to 200 church leaders will be attending. This conference will be conducted May 17-22.
Brother Harold Carpenter is traveling from Sturgis, Michigan to serve as a second teacher. He will be teaching at both conferences, in Nepal and in India. Our native coordinator from Nepal will also be traveling with us from Nepal and on to India. This is the first time a native coordinator will be traveling with us as a part of the ministry team. We are excited in the many frontiers God is opening for MTM. Blessed be God.
PLEASE BE IN MUCH PRAYER FOR US AND THESE CONFERENCES.
